Bernheim Kelley Battista, LLC Law Firm, is looking for a dedicated, highly motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Admin Assistant to support our Intake Department at the Fort Lauderdale office. Our high-volume Law Firm receives calls from potential clients that need to be screened. Our experienced intake team needs an additional team member to assist.

The position will require a person with good people and communication skills to answer phone calls, schedule meetings, data entry, and client customer service. You will learn to assist new clients and intake their information to add to our system. This person must be bi-lingual (Spanish). No exceptions
This is a fully onsite position.
Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:- Inbound calls related to client manner
- Outbound calls related to client inquiries must be completed in a timely manner
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Manage internal callback logs
- Data entry of critical information in electronic databases
- Must be able to articulate and translate in English and Spanish
- Phone experience
- Must be Bi-Lingual (English-Spanish)
