Intake Specialist

Essential Job Functions:· Answer in-bound phone calls from current clients and potential clients;Collect pertinent information from each caller as it pertains to their matter;Monitor, organize and input data into case; management system;Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Ability:Previous customer service experience required; Exceptional customer service skills;Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications; including Word and Outlook; Strong attention to detail.

*Must be available for after hour calls that include weekends*

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma and/or GED Required
• Associate's Degree preferred or comparable work experience
• Valid Florida Driver's License required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
