SalaryThe Law Office of Daniel Corno is seeking a Front Desk bilingual receptionist. This position is a Monday through Saturday work schedule. Compensation is dependant on experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcome clients and conduct initial screenings of new clients.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assisting clients and visitors with the location of legal staff.
- Maintain attorney calendar by scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
- Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, and note-taking
- Preparing contracts, payment plans, receipts, and taking payments (credit cards, cash, money orders, etc)
- Provide secretarial support.
Requirements for this position are as follows:
- Must be Bilingual (English<>Spanish)
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, printers, copiers, scanners, faxes, and appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Skilled with MS Office
- Previous law office experience is preferred, but not required - we are willing to train.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
