SalaryWe're looking for a Billingual Front Desk/Receptonist for a medspa who measures up to our high standard. Our ideal candidate is a well rounded person with outstanding communication skill and experience in customer service. Someone who is comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing with the ability to juggle and priortize multiple tasks. Our Billingual Front Desk/Receptonist is a key link in our relationship with clients and must have the ability to welcome clients with a smile.
Full Time - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAY
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering multiple phone lines and screening incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Greeting & Checking in patients and ensuring that they are comfortable in the waiting area
- Manage and oversee the direction and flow of patients to ensure the daily schedule runs efficiently and on time
- Keep front reception area organized and well stocked
- Check out patients and processing payments.
- Confirm patients for the following day
- Be able to translate spanish clients needs and concern
- Ensure patient information is updated and complete in our electronic medical record system
- Operate fax, scanner and print
IDEAL QUALITIES:
- High attention to detail and accuracy, as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
- Effective customer service skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentialilty
- Fluent in Spanish - speaking, reading and writing
- Available to work on Saturday
- Desire and ability to maintain a pleasant, team oriented atmosphere
- Must maintain a professional experience and grooming at all times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
