Receptionist needed for our busy clinic. Positive attitude, good work ethic, team player, and passion for helping people are required to be successful in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Diagnostics
- Patient care follow up
- Managing the patient flow through the office
- Other duties as necessary
- Working with our electronic medical records
- Working with our providers
- Patient follow-ups on missed appointments
- Assisting with patient therapy
Required skills:
- Great customer service - friendly and helpful personality
- Reliable
- Quick learner
- Good with numbers
- High level of organization
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- General computer knowledge - MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Professional and courteous phone and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking - Both time and task management
Hours of business are: Mon-Thurs 7:50 am-6:00 pm and Fridays 7:50 am-12:30pm
Houston Regenerative Therapy understands the importance of this role in the business and is offering a combination of performance based bonus opportunities and loyalty benefits. Pay is based on professional experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00/hour.
