Sous Chef
Tribeca Rooftop & Tribeca 360° are high-profile, high-volume, upscale events & catering establishments located in New York City. We are seeking a Sous Chef to enhance our existing culinary team!
Ideal candidate must possess thorough knowledge of current food trends and food preparation. The Sous Chef will work alongside our Executive Chef to help lead daily production of event menu items and he / she is responsible for directing the cooks to prepare the highest quality of all Tribeca Rooftop standards and vision. This Sous Chef will need to ensure proper technique and high quality of products while managing food and labor costs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in a culinary management role in a high volume, fast paced NYC kitchen (required)
- Managing all types of events ranging from 200 to 800 guests
- NYC Food Handler Certified (required)
- Floating schedule (Mon-Sun, nights & weekends)
- Bilingual (a plus!)
