Seeking a Banquet Chef for a High Volume Country Club.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality.
- A candidate with experience running multiple fine dining catering/production operation.
- Must be based in Westchester
- Must have experience in catering/event and event operations
Responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring and training of Culinary, BOH staff on new menu items, menu descriptions and kitchen procedures.
- Oversee all production staff
- Planning, organizing, developing and managing a team and brand
- Working with the culinary team on new menus and establishing policies and procedures for the delivery of superior food and beverage products and services which meet or exceed our standards
- Selecting, hiring, and training of all key employees.Location- Rye, NY
