SalaryAssist the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group in a broad range of areas including bankruptcy, asset recovery, loan workouts, small business foreclosures, collections, state court litigation, restructuring and liquidations matters.
Responsibilities:
??? Perform general administrative support functions as needed to meet deadlines and further the objectives of the bankruptcy practice group ...
??? Draft routine court documents for attorney review and approval, including but not limited to pleadings and engagement letters
??? Open new matters and close files as requested by attorneys
??? Interact and communicate with courtroom deputies, judicial assistants, law clerks, and other courtroom staff in bankruptcy, state, and federal district courts

Qualifications:
Must be well versed in bankruptcy, federal and state court procedures and filing requirements, including e-filing
??? A minimum of four years of Commercial Bankruptcy experience within a law firm
??? Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software products, including Outlook, Word, Excel
??? Working knowledge of Best Case bankruptcy software and document management software.
??? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
??? Excellent oral and written communication skills
??? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
??? Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task
??? Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
??? Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
