Receptionist/Legal Assistant

The Receptionist/Legal Assistant for the law firm is a position that requires general clerical experience. The individual who fills this role will need to wear many hats and thrive in a legal office environment that is fast paced and full of multitasking. A successful person in this role flourishes on providing support to others. Generally, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will need to:

· Helpfully assist other team members in as many ways as possible, often with little notice

· Assist other employees with reviewing and drafting pleadings

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done

- Knowledge of the legal process, including civil procedure and drafting pleading.

· General computer knowledge required, especially Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
