```Duties```
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather necessary information.
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings for attorneys.
- Prepare and file legal documents with the court.
- Assist in document review and analysis.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and terminology.
- Familiarity with legal research methods and resources.
- Ability to conduct interviews and write detailed reports.
- Proficiency in document management software such as Alacourt, Alafile and Outlook.
- Understanding of law office procedures and protocols.
