Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Processing of a variety of back-office transactions
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Data entry and record keeping
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Driver licenses
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office would be nice (Word and Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritze tasks effectively
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
