Findlay Toyota is looking for highly qualified full time phone specialists to work in our Business Development Center, setting appointments for our Toyota Sales & Service customers. This position offers excellent income potential. You will have the security of a competitive hourly wage plus a performance bonus structure that allows you the opportunity to increase your income.
Business Development Center Representative is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company’s SALES & SERVICE goals.
Drive traffic for the SALES & SERVICE departments by setting appointments for prospective customers by:
- Handling incoming calls and following up on customer visits in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Internet Sales experience is a strong plus.
- Following up with past customers
- Must be willing and able to make a high volume of outbound calls each day.
- Must have excellent communication skills (Good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice)
- Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
- Forward customers concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up.
- Prior sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or BDC experience a plus but will train the right candidate
- Must be a team player
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Experience preferred but willing to train
Schedule: Monday - Saturday with day off during the week.
