Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000 salary plus commission

Responsibilities:
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Manage company-generated seller business through direct phone and email communication while documenting all interactions in detail within a contact record
  • Work with and tee up clients for fellow expert advisors to assist in the transaction process to help the company reach goals of creating successful sales and long-term clientele
  • Prospect daily for potential clients (FSBO, Expired, Buyer Leads (etc.)
  • Nurture potential prospects through extensive follow-up communication until ready for appointment with respective buyer or seller expert advisor
  • Document all client communication and build out automated follow-up systems and processes through company CRM
  • Follow-up with and nurture past clients (raving fans) through automated follow and tasks to gain repeat and referral business to reach the company goal
  • Track all prospective, currently active, and closed client status and conversions and assist in process improvement to help the company reach overall success goals
Qualifications:
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • At least one year of sales experience as an ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Real Estate knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution-oriented
  • Highest level of integrity and respect for others
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
