We are looking for:

Ingersoll Auto of Danbury is currently seeking a motivated, computer savvy, professional service and sales Business Development Representative.

We are a busy successful dealership looking for dynamic, energetic, professionals who are masters of building relationships, making guests feel comfortable and love working on the telephone. You will be working in an enjoyable office setting, minimal face to face interaction with the public. The Guest Care (Business Development Center) agent focuses on increasing the sales traffic of the dealership by handling inbound sales calls and making outbound calls which produce solid and specific appointments for the sales department. The Guest Care Consultant acts as the essential communications link between the guest and the dealership. Open Availability is necessary. Must be friendly, patient, enthusiastic and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.

As part of Ingersoll Auto of Danbury’s Business Development Team you will be the first point of contact for our Sales and/or Service Teams. Strong customer service skills are a must.

***Must be available to work some evenings, Saturdays and Sundays***

BDC RepresentativeJob responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to the internet, phone, and text inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Work in a high-volume, team environment, with several other representatives.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily & follow up with previous and existing customers
• Contacting guests, scheduling sales and service appointments
• Respond expertly to our internet and telephone customers, converting them into appointments, and focus on developing prospects.
• Will ensure that the dealership Business Development Center actualizes its maximum potential on Internet and Telephone leads.
• Experience in customer service preferred. Will train candidate with winning attitude.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Goal Oriented.
• Ability to Multitask.
• Organizational Skills and Enthusiasm are a must

Qualifications: Must be positive and out-going with strong verbal communication skills. At least one previous role based in customer service experience is a plus. Excellent collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve. Have integrity, a positive attitude, and have a strong work ethic Strong computer and telephone skills Must be punctual and reliable with a professional appearance.
