Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of product inventory and availability
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math and inventory control is beneficial
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive industry is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in public speaking and presenting information effectively
- Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and calculating totals
