Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility will be acquiring used vehicles through the Danbury Service Drive and Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer Buying Program in all three stores.
- Phone calls to potential guests, finalizing deals and transitioning potential sales to the Sales team.
- Assisting in formulating an efficient, consistent and repeatable process to acquire vehicles.
- Helping to refine the KBBICO process to obtain vehicles through the KBBICO program.
- Work together in the build out of the “Ingersoll Auto Buying Center” webpage, management of the service drive selling leads, KBBICO leads, and Webpage “Buying Center “leads
- Aiding the Sales Team in the Appraisal of Vehicles
- Assist in Off-lease purchases.
- Help in the management of Used Vehicle Inventory reconditioning and sales.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience with customer communication through phone, text, and email
- 2 years experience with negotiating car deals.
- 2 years experience working with a CRM (CDK, VinSolutions, Dealertrack, Tekion, Etc..)
- Preferred experience but not necessary as training will be provided: Experience evaluating a vehicle, Using Vauto and knowledge of a Business Development Center.
- Satisfactory Experience may include but is not limited to: New/Used Car Sales, Used Vehicle Management, New Vehicle Management, BDC Agent or Service Consultant.
