The Maintenance Coordinator Intern will primarily be responsible for working with repair vendors throughout the US and Canada to negotiate and approve prices on tires and/or maintenance services for leased vehicles. This person also consults with our customers and sales team on vehicle maintenance.
This is a work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the St. Louis Metropolitan area or surrounding MO/IL counties. Our department operates between the hours of Monday through Friday 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. The schedules offered are based on current business needs.
This position also has the opportunity to earn an additional $0.25/hr for each current ASE certification you hold in this list: A1-A9, T4, T8, C1, G1, & X11.

- Contact customers and sales groups to advise on maintenance issues via phone and e-mail
- Analyze tire requests to ensure correct application
- Negotiate tire pricing and maintenance

- Communicate billing procedures and requirements to repair facilities

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications Include:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must live the Metropolitan St. Louis area or immediate surrounding MO/IL counties
- Must live in the state of Missouri or Illinois
- Currently a student, pursing an automotive degree
- Previous experience in a in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility or dealership preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Available to work 20-25 hours a week during the school semester
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications a plus
- Must be willing to accept starting pay of $17.00 per hour
- Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
