As an Events Coordinator Intern, you'll be at the heart of planning and executing enchanting events that captivate our audience and elevate our brand. From sparkling pop-ups to intimate workshops, your creativity, organization, and strategic thinking will shine. Here's a taste of what you'll dive into:
- Event Planning Excellence: From market research to concept development, you'll craft events that resonate with our brand and audience. Set up POP-UPS and Trunk Show in different states and cruses
- Reach out to Press / Media: Get our brand / Alzerina Gomes into US and International opportunities
- Find Support: for Small Women Owned business
- Logistical Luminary: Orchestrate the logistics, ensuring every event detail from layout to security is polished to perfection.
- Marketing Magic: Illuminate our events through dazzling marketing strategies and social media brilliance.
- Day-to-Day Dynamics: Beyond events, you'll be a versatile player, handling daily tasks and communications with flair.
During The Event:
- Spotlight on Setup: Lead the charge in event setup, ensuring every element aligns with our gleaming vision.
- Guest Glamour: Be the radiant host, managing registrations and ensuring guests are engaged and sparkling with joy.
- Solution Star: Quick thinking and efficiency will be your tools in smoothly addressing any hiccups.
