Job Description
Responsibilities
· Plan, organize, direct, control, operations.
· Develop and implement an initiative-taking approach to production.
· Lead the development of work instructions, process training, and supervision of operations.
· Assist with scheduling of all production equipment maintenance activities.
· Lead daily production meetings.
· Recommend and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.
· Maintain and update Business Operating System reporting requirements.
· Establish and monitor departmental KPI's and customer satisfaction metrics.
· Support site budgets and objectives relating to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
· Identify, develop, and deliver relevant manufacturing-related training.
· Maintain compliance & understanding of regulatory requirements while ensuring safe workplace.
· Lead internal and external certification audits (IATF, TS, and ISO).
· Perform additional tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or Engineering
Or minimum of eight (8) years of operations experience supporting an OEM
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership role.
Preferred experience or knowledge in SAP and CAPTOR systems Laser Cutting, Robotic Resistance Welding, or Stamping experience.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
