Job Description
As an Audiovisual Content Specialist/Producer, our ideal candidate will be responsible for the creative production, proactive booking of guests, conducting interviews, editing the produced material, providing relevant written summary, and promoting the content across various channels.
- Oversee the production of the Audiovisual Content
- Create a minimum of 6 content (video interview) per week to completion, in accordance with the category expectations:
- Minimum 1 expert
- Minimum 1 studio personnel
- Minimum 2 members
- Minimum 2 models
- 1 employee
Preparations and Guidelines
- Conduct pre-interview research to ensure a smooth and informative conversation
- Research engaging content for each episode
- Plan and prepare episode topics and interview questions
- Host and record the episodes with a co-host or guest, keeping the conversation on track and within the determined time frame
- Proactively source internal and external resources to increase amount of guests
- Provide guidance/assistance for guests re: setup and technical requirements
- Ensure content length at a minimum of 30 minutes for final edit
- Maintain the vision of the project
- Perform other duties as needed
Technical
- Write effective show notes for each episode
- Suggest thumbnail and titles based on SEO
- Ensure high quality audio/video for both interviewer and interviewee
- Use relevant equipment/tools to edit/produce the content
Promotion & Analytics
- Active and engaged on multiple social media channels
- Create relevant content for social media and promote content to gain wider audience
- Grow the number of viewers/followers on a weekly basis
- Monitor viewer reception/acceptance and provide advice to SEO team
- Monitor viewer feedback and comments
- Write and submit weekly reports to the Management, including evaluation/analysis of episodes, topic proposals, and improvement, optimization, strategies, etc
Qualifications
- BA degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a journalist, writer, editor or podcasting
- Exceptional research, interviewing and storytelling skills
- Exceptional communications and active listening skills
- Proficiency in audio and video editing software
- Social media savvy, with strong ability to grow an audience
