Job Description
The eCommerce Site Content Specialist is responsible for assisting and executing day-to-day activities across the website. This role will primarily focus on in-season GTM activations while supporting Site Merchandising, Content, and overall business needs. They are a key stakeholder in the management and content inputs into the CMS and a crucial support system for our Site Experience Project Manager and larger Site Experience team. They are eager and ready to jump in when needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the Site Experience Team in our content planning and calendar process, balancing both brand and business objectives.
- Assist the Site Experience PM in content inputs within the CMS – become a master CMS manager.
- Assist in seasonal product launches, including product data preparation, launch and QA
- Maintain, update, and support daily website operations, including development of new features or pages, content updates and troubleshooting of website issues
- Work collaboratively across channels and departments
- Regularly audit the site for needs and opportunities
- Support in user acceptance testing for site enhancements prior to deployment across multiple devices
- Ensure all work meets customer expectations and departmental quality standards
- Monitor and help resolve site support tickets
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for delightful customer experiences
- Collaboration on Creative Brief support, setting up tasks/subtasks, and following through until completion.
- Routine tracking and documentation of competitors storytelling and promotional activity
- Assistance with Site Merchandising, Personalization & Storytelling
- Opportunity to learn about Weekly, Monthly & Seasonal Reporting as well as Digital Business KPI’s
- As needed, take on special projects to support other team members.
Qualifications
The Site Content Specialist we’re looking for is highly organized, detail oriented and a curious individual who can collaborate with different teams across the business. They are looking to learn and grow within the digital direct-to-consumer business.
- 2+ years digital or Ecomm experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with ease.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pivot and prioritize demands with changes and shifts in the business.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Asana, Jira, Google Analytics, and Microsoft tools preferred
- Eager to learn about how a website runs, business KPI’s and consumer behaviors.
Additional Information
Pay Range: $64,000- $70,000 annually
