Content & Media Specialist

The Content & Media Specialist will be responsible for creating & distributing engaging and relevant content for our target audience.

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and curate content for our social platforms, D2C website, and advertising channels.

· Manage the production of media asset, coordinating with agencies or internal teams.

· Collaborate with leadership to ensure content aligns with broader marketing goals.

· Monitor audience engagement and feedback, refining content strategies based on insights.

· Ensure consistency in brand messaging and design across all content.

· Explore and recommend new content formats or channels to reach our target audience.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.

· Proven experience in content creation and media management.

· Strong creative skills with attention to detail.

· Experience with TV & digital advertising production and management.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Possess great attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to maintain confidential organizational information

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Demonstrate exceptional project management skills performed within a fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

· Physical Demands:

o Frequently required to operate cameras or other recording equipment.

o Standing, walking, or kneeling for extended periods during content creation sessions.

o May need to lift equipment or products weighing up to 50 pounds.

o Manual dexterity for operating computers and other electronic equipment.

· Environmental Factors:

o Work both in an office setting and on-site in wash bays or garages.

o Frequent exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, and automotive fluids during content captures.

o Potential exposure to various lighting conditions, including bright lights during shoots.

o Protective gear, such as gloves or safety goggles, may be necessary when in wash bays or garages.
