Productive Living Systems, Inc. (PLS) has immediate openings for Assistant Program Manager Trainees. Paid training is provided, with the opportunity for professional growth in our growing company. Primary Duties for Assistant Program Manager Trainee:
- 2nd shift opening
- Member of the Crisis Management Team with periodic on-call responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in ensuring that assigned facility/facilities meet or exceed all regulatory requirements as well as PLS standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of client home visits, visitors and passes
- Monitors quality of client care and follows-up promptly and appropriately regarding any client complaints per PLS policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Program Manager in training, scheduling, and supervising facility staff.
- Supervise staff according to commonly accepted supervisor practices and in compliance with PLS policies and procedures, federal, state, and local laws and Department of Health and Family Services regulatory requirements
- Provides an overall safe environment for the client, self, and other staff, and takes the appropriate steps to prevent risk
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma or GED/HSED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- 1 year minimum work-related experience in a human services related field (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekend shifts, holidays, and required periodic crisis rotations
- Full-Time 2nd shift
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical, TB test, caregiver background check, and applicable training
