What you will do;
• Support Product Manager / Sales team to develop and manage the activities for B2B Business
- Involvement of product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades of the product.
- Develop business plan and product positioning in the marketplace.
- Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver functional solutions.
- Monitor and report on users' reactions post launch.
- Support documents and report for internal and external users.
• Coordinate with SCM & Order Management (Demand Planner)
- Plan, schedule and monitor CPFR (collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment) activities for key accounts.
- Coordinate with factory for production and HQ account team (SCM, Sales & Marketing team).
- Provides regular and critical analysis and communication with internal and external stakeholders on key performance indicators and order management and escalates issues as needed.
- Analyze sales forecasting and planning process for key partner and customer.
- Complete complex customer specific reports to meet ongoing needs, including weekly sales reports, production & stock status, promotional analysis, reconciliation of forecast versus actual and data infrastructure.
- Held in weekly sales and operation planning meeting to review sales, forecast and sell-through performance
- Maintain and evaluate KPI's (forecast accuracy, fill rate, etc.) and analyze variances initiating appropriate corrective
What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Collaborative problem-solver; analytical skills, effective communications both internally (PM, sales, SCM and order management) and HQ, as well as external customers.
  • Good excel skills.
  • Bilingual English Korean Preferred
  • Occasional travel domestic and international

Base Pay Range: $64,000-77,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
