Demo Analyst - Product Management Associate
The demo analyst will serve as a subject matter expert/product owner for both the current state demo configuration settings and the new demo experience which is based on a data-driven configuration.
In this role, you will collaborate with product teams and other stakeholders to understand the scope/requirements for the requested product-related demo updates and with the demo development team to ensure the timely delivery of demo updates.
Additionally, you will partner with and support the Demo and Interactive Experience Manager in the creation and maintenance of interactive story/conceptual sales demo experiences (via Figma), product videos and release materials.
The ideal candidate should have strong presentation, problem-solving and quality assurance skills, a high attention to detail and be able to clearly document requirements for our development teams to create new features, functionality and enhancements coming from within the business.
Key Responsibilities
The Demo Analyst will report to the Demo and Interactive Experience Manager. In this role you will:
- Partner with various stakeholders to understand the requirements for any product sales presentations and demo support for both internal and external clients.
- Write clear and precise requirements for our demo development teams, by documenting new features/functionality/enhancements in a way that they can easily use for development.
- Create and execute test plans to ensure demo updates were accurately developed according to documented requirements.
- Create high-quality, interactive story-oriented demos (via Figma) that are engaging to showcase the true value of Alight’s products and solutions
- Partner with stakeholders across the product organization to storyboard, revise, create and edit product videos using the Adobe suite.
- Assist the engineers by creating the storyboards for the 'live' coded version of the interactive presentations.
- Manage project tasks and use the strong connections you form to collect, improve, and provide demo-related changes/experiences, within scope and on time
- Troubleshoot bugs and errors found during testing to assist the development team in locating and correcting the issue
- Establish frequent communication with the relevant stakeholders to monitor demo-related projects and keep everyone informed of the status.
- Be able to work well within a small team and support colleagues on any ad-hoc requirements and tasks.
- Use feedback from sales and product leaders to drive and implement demo enhancements.
- Contribute to process improvement opportunities within the demo enablement team
- Assist in identifying and implementing strategies to create/enhance demo configuration tooling capabilities to support the vast needs of our business partners and sellers
- Other duties including, but not limited to, assisting other teams if needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- BA/BS degree or, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a business analyst and/or quality assurance role
- 1+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering/development and design teams
- Proven ability to effectively deliver and communicate with others to achieve desired results; must be approachable and open-minded
- Project management experience taking ideas from concept to launch
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for technology and digital experiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple project assignments
- Visual design background
- Practical Experience with the video tools of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Figma or equivalent wireframing tool
- Ability to adhere to corporate standards and styles
- Strong team interaction with the ability to work collaboratively with geographically dispersed/remote teams
- Service-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- Proven capability to collaborate with and influence a varied group of stakeholders
- Proven ability to execute tasks across cross-functional teams with high quality and within time constraints
- A very good eye for detail while safeguarding the big picture
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Domain experience in benefits administration, healthcare, retirement, or HR technology is preferred
- Knowledge of coding practices/methodologies a positive
- Practical experience in writing clear and detailed requirements documentation

72,200 USDMaximum :
