LG Electronics is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join Business Solutions team.
The main responsibility is to provide assistance to the daily execution of sales and marketing activities to maximize the revenue and profit. The person in this role will be working with other functional teams to support in various job responsibilities such as new product introduction, PSI, supply and logistic managements, project pipeline management to achieve positive growth in fast growing accounts. The perfect candidate should have capability to forecast sales and financial impact and assess financial performance, and ability to develop variety of analytical simulations and report to senior management with Market Intelligence

The Opportunity:
Associate Product Manager
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Support PM / Sales / Marketing team to develop and manage the activities for B2B Business

  • Involvement of product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades of the product.
  • Assist in monthly releasing product and solution roadmap for Commercial monitor, lab-top and Projector.
  • Develop business plan and product positioning in the marketplace.
  • Create PSI (Purchase/Sales/Inventory) plans by SKU/account level and coordinate with Korea HQ/factory to insure production plans are aligned with the latest demand forecast
  • Evaluate and maintain supply chain key performance indicators (ex: Moving Plan Achievement, Forecast Accuracy, DIO, Long-Term Inventory rate) and analyze variances initiating appropriate corrective action
  • Communicate with Sales Managers for project pipeline updates to make sure the latest volume and schedules are reflected in the PSI plan and registered in B2B GERP / SFDC
  • Participate in cross-functional efforts to enhance supply chain, order management and fulfillment activities
  • Participate in weekly sales and operation planning (S&OP) meeting to review sales, forecast, sell-through performance and resolve issues and achieve weekly/monthly moving plan targets
  • Analyze channel PSI, sell-out (POS) and inventory levels to provide appropriate suggestions
  • Review customer orders for proper shipping windows and delivery appointments, work with order desk, logistics and load planners to insure maximum efficiencies for on-time/right-quantity delivery
  • Plan, schedule and monitor all supply chain activities for key accounts and analyze sales forecasting, planning process for key customers
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver functional solutions.
  • Support documents and report for internal and external users.

What you will need to be successful;
  • Education : Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of relevant corporate work experience.
  • Bilingual both Korean and English
  • Strong analytical abilities & detail oriented
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical skills, collaborative problem-solver; effective communications both internally (Sales, SCM, PM and order management), as well as external customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Base Pay Range: $58,900-79,200 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
