What You'll Do...
- Work with product team on product development projects by participating in daily stand-ups, writing requirements and user stories, and authoring product manuals and application notes.
- Identify and analyze competitors in both the acute care and education markets
- Collaborate with Principal and Senior Product Managers on collecting and documenting voice of the customer.
- Continually analyze market data from industry sources to measure our competitive position and product success in the market and maintain database of competitive products.
- Partner with Marketing Communications in the development of product information for our website, product brochures, customer success stories and other sales enablement tools.
- Author and manage customer communications about product items (Rauland Reports).
- Assist with annual price change process.
- Accept other tasks as assigned by the Product Management team.
Do You Have?...
- Bachelor's Degree (in management, communications, or engineering/technical field preferred)
- 1+ years experience working in an office environment preferred (internships count!)
- Experience in marketing or product development a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to comprehend technical details including knowledge of networking technologies, software and/or server technologies
- Knowledge of Agile software development process a plus
- Knowledge of the K-12 school market and/or acute care market is a plus
- Must be willing to travel domestically 10% of the time
