Position Summary
Associate Manager will interview, hire, train, and manage a staff of individuals supporting Medicare client’s prior authorization for Coverage determination, Appeals, Organizational determination, CTM& GRV. Responsible for supervision and evaluation of daily activities for all staff. Monitors productivity and quality of direct reports. Create and maintain standard operating procedure documentation for the department. Performs quality management for direct reports to ensure all client activities are compliant with Medicare requirements. Identifies training and growth opportunities needs for direct reports and facilitates as appropriate. Conducts annual evaluations for all direct reports. Work closely with account services for new and existing client implementations. Manage department to provide high quality delivery of configuration work to support the Medicare Prior Authorization system. This position requires the ability to be innovative and resolution oriented. The Associate manager must possess outstanding people skills, exercise good judgement, and contribute to a team environment
Required Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years clinical experience and prior supervisory experience preferred.

10. High level of computer skills, including working knowledge of Windows, e-mail, and Word.
11.Strong clinical knowledge and background preferred.

Education
Required: High School or Equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
