Janitorial Route Manager

J&E Associates is a corporate facility maintenance & janitorial firm and seeking an experienced Route Manager.

Our ideal candidate will:

-be able to effectively and efficiently resolve a wide range of customer issues
be able to multi-task with ease

-be able to work various hours, day or night

Bi-lingual is a plus

Responsibilities

· Inspect all customer accounts Monthly/Quarterly to insure that standards are being maintained.

- Follow policies and procedures regarding daily operations of janitorial contracts.

· Constantly work to sell Special Services work during quality inspections and during routine customer contacts. (Strip & Wax, Carpet Shampoos, Post Construction).

· Along with the Office Manager & Director of Customer Relations, assist in keeping the customer files in order. Ensure that all safety training, manuals, and OSHA standards are being met

· Set up account starts and provide assistance wherever needed to insure that accounts are started with proper J&E standards.

· Provide on-site training to new Associates and employees by completing the work schedule with on their first night, or in some cases, more than one night to insure a smooth start up.

· Provide ongoing training to Associates and employees through monthly meetings and trainings as needed. Development and maintain measurement spreadsheets to track and monitor complaints, and customer retention etc.

· Set up training classes that will continue to make our Associates the best in the commercial cleaning industry.

· Assist the Director of Customer Relations with the development of our Facility Service Institute

· Follow up and resolve any customer complaints. Response time to the complaint must be kept to a minimum (no more than one hour).

· Strive to be a team player and complete any other duties upon request.
