Form of workThe GovState School Psychology program is seeking someone to teach within the Ed.S. program. This person should demonstrate a commitment to: effective, multicultural approaches to teaching and mentoring, serving underserved student populations, integrating peer and student feedback, and working collaboratively and harmoniously with a diverse team of faculty. Responsibilities will include: assisting with coordination and teaching in the School Psychology program; opportunities to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology; maintaining an active scholarship agenda, and service to the university, community, and the profession of psychology.

Minimum Qualifications
- Earned doctorate or will be completed with doctorate in School Psychology by position start date.
- Eligibility for licensure/certification as a School Psychologist in the State of Illinois.
- Experience as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Earned doctorate in School Psychology from a NASP or APA accredited program.
- Eligibility for or current certification as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP).
- Teaching experience in a School Psychology program.
- Evidence of experience in teaching and mentoring graduate students.
- Experience teaching educational assessment.
- Experience in supervision of practice and internships.
- Experience with underserved student populations.
- Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with groups.
- Ability to integrate feedback.
- Scholarship in the field of psychology
