SalaryOur Property Management company is seeking a full time Assistant Property Manager in Windsor, CT. Responsibilities include completing day to day tasks, answering telephones, assisting with rent logs, invoices and work orders, filling in for Property Manager during time off. Assisting with tenant paperwork. A candidate with prior property management experience or real estate background preferred.
Candidate must have excellent organizational, inter personal and communication skills with a strength in customer service. Must be a team player proficient with computer skills and Microsoft Outlook.
