We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in New Have, CT. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our properties. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the maintenance and operations of multiple properties
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs
- Manage lease agreements, including renewals and terminations
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and lease terms
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Maintain accurate records and files for each property
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient property management
Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate administrative roles is preferred 1-3 years
- Familiarity with property management software or Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling tenant inquiries professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
