The Project Manageris responsible for the daily management of all aspects of a project. The duties of such include financial, schedule, and quality assurance. In addition to the oversight of the project team, the Project Manager engages in the day-to-day interaction with Owners, Architects, Designers, Engineers, Building Management, and Subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Project Managers to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned residential projects, from the design phase to construction execution
- Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring project metrics are met
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, drawing logs, submittals and updating meeting minutes.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in high-end residential construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
