The Project Manageris responsible for the daily management of all aspects of a project. The duties of such include financial, schedule, and quality assurance. In addition to the oversight of the project team, the Project Manager engages in the day-to-day interaction with Owners, Architects, Designers, Engineers, Building Management, and Subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Project Managers to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned residential projects, from the design phase to construction execution
• Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring project metrics are met
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, drawing logs, submittals and updating meeting minutes.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in high-end residential construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
