Overview
Assistant Project Manager sought by Judlau Contracting Inc. in Brooklyn, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate, coordinate and follow-up with project team to meet project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure construction progresses as scheduled complying with contract requirements and safety regulations.
- Provide ongoing project information and project reviews as required.
- Prepare and update the project schedule.
- Perform measurements to establish the quantities of completed work for both payment and cost reporting.
- Identify and secure necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule.
- Coordinate and schedule shop drawings and submittals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field plus 3 years of experience in job offered, or as Field Engineer or similar role; and 3 years of progressive experience performing inspections and testing.
