We are seeking a motivated, talented, and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
Position:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a critical role in collaborating with our Project Managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to contract deadlines and within budget. You will be part of a cross-functional team, including design, production, quality control, and logistics functions, to ensure successful project outcomes. For us each project, no matter the size, is treated with individualized customer service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Project Managers with overseeing the management of projects and work with the design, development, manufacturing, and installation phases to ensure client deadlines are met.
- Completing tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
- Attending site surveys and project walk-throughs as needed.
- Utilizing communication and time management skills to manage flow of information to and from the art department.
Qualifications
- Associates or higher Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related areas preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must have basic knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project (or comparable program)
- Ability to read architectural drawings and design specifications a plus.
- Ability to reliably commute to Mount Vernon, NY a must.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday; 7:30 am to 4:30 pm | Friday; 7:30 am to 1:30 pm

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
