Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in managing daily operations of the organization
- Oversee and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all clients
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the Director to create and implement policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (proficiency in English and another language)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Previous experience in retail sales or store management is preferred
- Excellent math skills for handling financial transactions and analyzing sales data
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
