Surya Spa (suryawellness.com) is reviewing experienced candidates to fill a new Assistant role, serving both the CEO and the VP of Business Development.
The role requires superior organizational skills, a strongly positive and can-do attitude, and a pro-active ability to accomplish a wide variety of tasks ranging, for example, from personal errands to meeting organization and schedule planning, to email vetting and response.
Your attention will move between two partners who work together, as well as coordinating, on their behalf, various duties with other staff members.
Being Mac computer-savvy is a must. Also Slack, Gmail, G-Calander, G-Drive, and Asana.com (if you don’t know Asana, you have to be a fast learner).
Finally, expanding on the pro-active requirement, this is a fast-paced, multi-faceted, complex environment, in which the two executives you’ll serve don’t have enough time to do all that the growing business requires. Therefore, it will be incumbent on the right candidate to assess needs, independently solve problems, and get things done.
