Administrative Assistant/ Assistant Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

- Front desk experience (preferably at a medical spa)

- Excellent customer care

- Energetic

- Technologically savvy

- Result oriented

- Sales & Marketing background is preferred

- Attention to detail

- Ability to answer multiple phone lines

- Skills in management is a plus

Experience:

• medical or spa administration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative Support/Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
