We are seeking a dedicated Assistant to enhance our operational efficiency and client service excellence.
Job Description:
This pivotal role directly supports the center's owners, encompassing a broad range of tasks from operational support to client services and Social Media marketing. The ideal candidate will be a versatile and proactive team player, keen to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- (When Needed) Assist in operating advanced wellness and recovery equipment, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, salt therapy, compression therapy, and infrared sauna.
- (When Needed) Handle front desk duties: schedule appointments, manage phone inquiries, and process client check-outs.
- Drive our digital presence by creating engaging content for Social Media, managing posts, and fostering community interaction.
- (When Needed) Support inventory management and ensure the center is well-stocked and organized.
- Proactively sell memberships, with commission earned on each sale.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, with the opportunity to earn tips.
- Carry out additional tasks to support the owners and contribute to the center's success.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for wellness and a quick learner of new technologies and procedures.
- Experience with Social Media platforms and content creation.
- Flexibility to work in various roles and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in related fields are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $20
- Commission on membership sales.

Hours:
- Part/Full-time: 30-40 hours per week, with a schedule that includes weekends and evenings.
