Manager needed for dynamic boutique spa. *At least 1 years of Spa experience. This is non-negotiable. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS. Job includes a variety of responsibilities, including spa reception, staff management, customer relations, and a general overview of the spa.
Qualifications:
*Ability to learn all aspects of our operation, while contributing with new ideas and upgrades. Organizational skills a must!
*Marketing and sales experience is essential since financial incentives will be in place. Developing strategies to attract new clients. Social Media experience a plus for marketing goals.
*Create Budgets and help control/maintain them.
*Front Desk experience. Initially on desk 3 days per week.
*Maintain inventory and place orders as needed.
*Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
*Manage and supervise Spa staff, ie receptionists and therapists, including their schedules.
*Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
*Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.
*Excel/Word and Spa Software Experience
*Back up working in reception whenever needed.
