We are looking to add a Part Time Closing Manager to our Team at Townline BBQ
This is a Year round position
Looking for a responsible leader
Required:
- Ability to lead a team
- Interest in coaching and training
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility
- Experience in a supervisory role
Responsibilities
- Work with the Management team to complete administrative duties needed
- Coordinate daily guest service operations
- Help to monitor and maintain inventory
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Coach and support new and existing staff
- Handle guest relations on shift
- Make sure all employees adhere to restaurants policies and guidelines
- daily financial reconciliation
- Opening and Closing responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador and serve as a exemplary role model for staff
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
