HL2 JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate, ON SITE!! 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer facing environment This is in a warehouse setting/ lifting/pallet jack use/carry out of furniture HOURS – From 20-34 hours per week SHIFT – Seeking work schedule availability of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement. The operations generally range between the window of 8am to 11pm, and the work schedules are published three weeks in advance. PAY – The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $16.90 to $24 and will be based on relevant work experience. - 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
What you'll be doing day to day
- Proactively engages the customer in various departments in order to provide in depth product knowledge in a non-commissioned environment
- Refers customers to the specialized selling teams as appropriate to build long term trust
- Offers IKEA Family, credit card, and other services to visitors to build loyalty and customer relationships
- Maintains store appearance to improve customer shopping experience
- Acts as Home Furnishing Host at store entrance to answers customers’ questions
