The position will report to theGlobal Brand Stylist.
Role Overview
This role will assist the Brand Stylist in the development and execution of all internal photoshoots and campaign production. This position will assist in the development of the Style Guidelines in accordance with campaign development standards under the leadership of the Brand Stylist and ACD.
The ideal candidate has keen understanding of fashion styling, and the role apparel plays in branding and campaign development. This individual will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude as well as accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Stylist in styling on figure in house studio shoots and editorial shoots
- Ability to make styling suggestions that are in line with our brand and styling standard
- Maintain constant awareness of trends and effectively translate them to align with brand directives
- Maintain and organize wardrobe closet as well as catalog incoming apparel
- Prepare and organize wardrobe for photo shoots including post production
- Assist in the creation of wardrobe decks for photoshoots and internal assets
- Under the guidance of the Brand stylist you will shop for legacy wardrobe that is in alliance with styling guidelines
- Help to organize shipments for international shoots with our Rio Hub team
- Required: Work in the New York office as often as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fashion/arts with a marketing focus
- Or 3+ years job experience in related fields
- Must have strong communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Should be team focused, confident and professional
- Elevated taste level • Ability to manage a team of freelance assistant's
- Excellent organizational skills & ability to work independently on projects
- You are self-motivated and able to multitask under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft
Salary Range
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
