Committed to excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Men's Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge designs that embody our brand's essence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute compelling designs for men's outdoor apparel, covering a range of categories such as bottoms, knit tops, fleece, graphic hoodies, tees, and more.
- Leverage extensive outdoor experience to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and production, to ensure the seamless execution of designs from concept to production.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to inform and inspire innovative design solutions.
- Utilize strong CAD skills to create detailed design sketches and bring concepts to life.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive technical packs to facilitate smooth communication with manufacturing partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a MEN'S DESIGNER, with a focus on outdoor apparel.
- Previous experience with renowned outdoor brands such as Eddie Bauer, Gerry, or similar is highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of outdoor activities and the specific requirements of outdoor apparel.
- Proficient in CAD software and tech pack creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs and successful product launches.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
