- Align Global Calendar of business priorities (Product and Campaign Messages) with Senior Management
- Identify key product pushes and their unique selling proposition, with Merchandising and Fashion Office
- Act as liaison between Business Units and Cross-Functional teams to develop a cohesive seasonal brief that supports business effectively
- Align Global Calendar across global merchandising, retail, wholesale, licensing and all marketing channels
- Lead cross-functional Teams at HQ and in Regional markets (all Marketing channels, Visual Merchandising and Merchandising) to support to ensure cohesive brand message across all customer touch points, both online and in-store
- Communicate closely with global partners leading up to and during the season so they are clear on global seasonal marketing strategy, inclusive of timing and 360 campaigns
- Partner with global teams on local strategy to amplify global seasonal campaign message
- Review Seasonal Marketing Plans submitted by Global Partners that outline all marketing activities planned, ensuring it fits with the overall global marketing plan
- Explore partnerships, international holidays, and cultural events as a way to bring visibility to the brand
- Partner with Design, PR, Advertising, Social to explore new product ideas, contextually relevant campaigns and collaborations to bring newness to brand
- Ensure support across both Retail and Wholesale channels at a seasonal level as well as for any new product launches
- Manage any licensee local activations to ensure they are on brand and align with overall brand strategy
- Manage team of two, and aid in their development and growth
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years Marketing experience
- Strong ability to strategize on a global level
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask effectively
- Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
