Job Summary
Working in the Global Myopia Management team, this role’s primary responsibilities consist of projects supporting the MiSight® brand and CooperVision’s orthokeratology and specialty lens products. The ABM will help create and execute global marketing assets, support lifecycle commercial projects, conduct business reviews, develop scorecards that track results of global and regional initiatives, and manage the marketing budget. This role will also own specific projects and responsibilities related to the myopia business, helping facilitate information, tracking, and communication of the programs. This role works closely with all members of the regional and global Marketing teams, as well as cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Professional Affairs, Finance, Legal, Regulatory and, as needed, CooperVision’s external agencies.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities
- Brand Management: Responsible for providing product and marketing knowledge to the Senior Managers leading global brand marketing initiatives. Will also build collaborative partnerships with the Marketing Communications and Professional Affairs teams to execute consistent and impactful on-brand communications that reinforce CooperVision’s leadership in Myopia Management. Example responsibilities include managing and updating marketing assets and claims, gathering customer and sales feedback to inform global marketing executions and new product development, supporting customer-facing teams to execute in-practice marketing tactics, and planning and logistics related to a tradeshow/conference.
- Demand Management: Serve as global representative on the demand management teams, collaborating with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and Sales Operations to ensure myopia product availability.
- Budget Management: Responsible for managing the Global Myopia marketing budget and updating cross-functional stakeholders on a monthly basis. Own the PO and invoice process by working with external agencies and internal business partners.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and communicate project/business update reports to management including business KPI reporting and marketing program effectiveness. This will involve collaborating with others to secure all necessary data and ensure the correct analyses are being run.
- Other duties related to marketing and/or product management as required.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to influence and collaborate with others to achieve goals.
- Experience leading fast-paced projects and establishing clear priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal, written and presentation.
- Organized, proactive and self-motivated. Works with limited supervision.
- Skilled in data analysis and visualization (Excel, PowerPoint and others required, ability to learn Tableau). Strong basic accounting and finance acumen desired.

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of related experience in product or brand management. Experience in the optometry or medical device industry a plus.Education:

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $91,937 and $122,574 and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
