ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support the assigned department by performing administrative services.
- Assist management with administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information of interest.
- Prepare various reports detailing the administrative information handled by the position.
- Read and answer correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Required
- High School diploma
- 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred
- Administrative or assistant experience
