As the Analyst II, Solutions Communications, you will use your knowledge and experience in storytelling, project management and design to support the communication of business solutions to our clients. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Use strong communications leadership skills to develop and deliver strategic, persuasive messaging that connects client requirements to business solutions and goals
• Lead client projects and cross-functional team meetings using in-place processes
• Design high-quality and visually impactful presentations
• Critically engage and collaborate with analysts, engineers, executives, and other cross-functional leadership across the globe in multiple time zones
• Support and enforce accountability for deadlines, tasks and deliverables
• Manage multiple competing priorities utilizing a customer service focus
• Schedule project meetings and coordinate calendars
• Work proactively and be responsive to team communications and changing daily needs
• Maintain the consistency and integrity of GXO’s brand and brand voice
• Act as a go-to communications resource for internal solutions teams
• Look for new and productive ways to make an impact and contribute ideas

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

• 1 year of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with peers, executives, and clients
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

It’d be great if you also have:

• 2-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields
• Graphic design experience, with samples of your work
• Project management experience
• Experience using PowerPoint or Adobe Creative Cloud software
• Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint and/or Microsoft Office experience
• Experience with global teams or supply chain
