The Business Analyst will be responsible for building Planograms and driving growth at shelf, sales and data analytics, category manager consultation, and to provide actionable insights for retailer business.
They Will also support the sales team in actionable projects in store, building category awareness, and day to day business-building activity.

Responsibilities:
- Experience building and/or evaluating Planograms or Modulars at retail.
- Utilizing POS data and market insights to build comprehensive shelf and display strategies.
- Provide weekly sales summaries, analyze data and translate it into actionable insights with the goal of driving sales.
- Run and publish ad hoc reports as needed/requested.
- Assist vendor partners with new item creation and day-to-day business building work.
- Prepare presentations for buyer meetings/line reviews.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Sales and/or Replenishment Analytics or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with Syndicated Data, Power BI, or Retail POS Systems
- Experience with Planogram building software
- Prior retailer analytical experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
- Team/collaborative approach to decision making with excellent people skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
