Experienced Senior Application Analyst
Required experience with- Jira, Service Now, VistA Imaging
Experienced with VistA Knowledge, Debugging skills,
VA experience and DICOM domain knowledge and IHE domain knowledge
Highly desirable to have Some development background such as .Net / C#
Experience with implementing and/or maintaining a customer support workflow, for all touch points including (but not limited to) managing new release communications, bug fixes, and support requests/questions.
Assess, select, manage, and implement enterprise application components
BS Degree preferred.
DUTIES:
Will support VA by providing expert guidance and strategy for adoption of new technology products and processes optimizing developer, customer, and end-user experience.
Conducts workflow analysis, technology assessments, and business-related studies to define business case plans and architecture strategies supporting long term sustainability and growth.
Focus is in a specific product or technology family on multiple platforms, which is supplemented with a clear understanding of the business requirements and related application s issues.
Supports technical strategies that will improve productivity across functional areas within the organization.
